memories

1. As a comment on my blog, leave one memory that you and I had together. It doesn’t matter if you knew me a little or a lot, anything you remember!

2. Next, re-post these instructions on your blog and see how many people leave a memory about you. It’s actually pretty funny to see the responses. If you leave a memory about me, I’ll assume you’re playing the game and I’ll come to your blog and leave one about you.

Yeah right about the pie.... it was all Christie. :D

K my memory... I saw you guys in Costco and just started talking to you (cause I knew you were in our neighborhood and ward but had never talked to you yet - cause I was in primary and never saw anyone that was older than 7). Mike afterwords asked me if I knew you and thought I was crazy for just walking up to you like that. I'm glad I did! :)

Carrie!! I did go private, but I didn't intentionally NOT invite you! I'm glad I have your email address. I sent you an invite already! :)
High school is sortof a blur for me, memory wise, but we did have a good chat catching up at the reunion! :) It was so fun to see you!

You're going to die!
I remember when Glade and I were dating and you were laying on your back,on the floor with your knees up in your chest. (so rolled up like a potato bug)
I don't know what you were doing really, but your boyfriend John was there (remember him? ya of course you do). I just remember you farted (one of those quiet ones) and you started laughing and asked everyone if they heard it. I remember thinking I wanted to be like you...comfortable around everyone and not care about silly things like that. I still want to be like you!
Don't ask me why but that is one of my memories of you!

Oh, I have SOOOO many memories with you. How do I narrow it down to one?!

I'm going to have to go with our time living as roommates at Christopher Village. I loved the nights we'd lay in bed talking for hours, laughing, crying, and especially cuddling! Oh, we had some fun times. I'm glad we'll continue to have lots more. Love you!

One of my favorites is when we all dyed our hair while mom and dad were at the temple. We justified it by saying that they wouldn't get mad at us because they had just come home from the temple. Oh, and you were dating Scott at the time. I remember that because I have the pictures scrapped. Fun game to play. I hope I don't get a farting story on my blog, though ;-]

I'm with ya on the mothers lounge thing! Good times! Its always the same 4 or 5 of us in there. I'll be sad when I'm done with that! My earliest memory is we were here about 6 months and we were asking Ty and Amber Meyers who lived THERE and they said the Beans. I loved your yard. And I thought Benson was so cute.

My very first memory is of you at a party in Ogden sitting on a stool in the kitchen. Later you sang in your cool band and I remember thinking you were a pretty lady!

Who knew a few years later you would be my sister-in-law?!?!

I remember you moving in to Pony and thinking how easy going you were. My overall impression and memory of you is that you are someone that is very easy to get along with, talk to, and be friends with...and still are! Thanks for the memories!

Okay Carrie, I'm sorry it's this one, but it cracks me up when I think of it. You can delete this after you read it if you want.
My favorite memory of you is when Benson came over to my house at about 8am and rang my doorbell over and over again. I answered it, kind of ticked because who would ring my doorbell over and over at 8 in the morning? When I saw it was Benson, of course, my heart melted. Then I wondered where you were. It was way too early for you to be out, what with just having Owen and all. I went to your house, and your door was open, so I knocked, wondering if I should walk in and witness breast feeding at it's best, or just shut the door. When you came to the door you were so shocked and worried. My heart went out to you then, but I'm chuckling right now just thinking about it. Anyway, I hope for many more memories with you in the future.

I found this to be really hard with you (Dana was easier for some reason)But one of my favorites, and I don't know why, is when you were doing some sort of "show choir" thing in Mads and you were Lola the show girl. I don't know why I like that, but I think it helped me want to do singing and stuff.

I have been trying to think of a memory from high school but I think my memory is just getting worse! I remember playing games with you and Jeff at Shari's and thinking how fun you guys were. After we left Nate was telling me that he thought you guys were so fun and that we needed to get together more often. Fun Game!

Oh Carrie, where do I start? I can think of lots, but one of my favorites is when you came to BYU to put on a concert while I was living in Provo. I was so excited that I was your friend. I felt like a little groupie :) But my first memory of you I was just afraid of you. I was new to Choralaires and you were really good. I thought you hated me, but we found mutual friendship in hating that girl that sat next to me and sang really loud! Remember her? I can't remember her name. I love you Carrie. Hey I'll be in Utah August 4-12. We should get together.
